Throughout his career Brad has been lucky enough to learn from the best in the industry. Those early years in Flight Centre, learning the trade, have been an invaluable business experience which have enabled him to transfer numerous skills, from different business models, all focused on delivering a unique customer experience into Acland Travel. The result has seen his own Business grow from 4 staff to 9 and the total transactions increase “four-fold”. Throughout this time Brad has continued to focus on delivering the best that industry can do to all clients, with a continual focus on developing strong and long-standing relationships with his customer base. This strategy was recognised in May of 2018 when Acland Travel was awarded the Helloworld Corporate Business of the year for 2017-2018, along with a second invitation to join the Qantas Platinum Club and recognition as a top performing Virgin Australia partner.

With 25 years selling travel, half of those planning family and high end leisure trips, there is nothing that Debbie does not know about getting you ready for travel. Our resident Ski Expert Deb has skied most resorts in Australia, Japan and the US as well as set up prepared many families of our key corporates for holiday. Weather you want a business class brief, or a family getaway Deb has the expert knowledge to get you ready for travel.

Edith is our resident airfare expert. The trickier, or more complex the airfare, the more Edith likes it. There is simply nothing that she does not know about airfare rules or combinations, which results in continual savings and value for travelers. Edith has been selling travel for 35 years and is passionate about getting the every customer the best deal possible. Melanie has worked in a number of business travel roles in her fifteen years experience, across both Australia and the UK. Her enthusiasm and excellent communication skills helps her create an instant rapport with all levels of employees in a company. Methodical and highly organised means Melanie produces a high volume of work that is accurate and delivered in a timely fashion.

Alyssa has been with Acland Travel for 7 years and in that time has worked across our largest accounts. Her ability to simplify any complex situation has seen her become a sought-after service provider from many of our VIP Clients. Alyssa now manages the technology implementations for our new accounts and business improvement processes internally within Acland Travel.
